I can’t clear the triple bar
The triple bar you need to take at fast canter, use arrow up as you jump. Having good speed, timing and strength stats will aid with this. If you find you are hitting the front bar when you jump, you are taking off too late, hitting the back bar means you are taking off too early

You can take screenshots in Steam via the F12 key, this will save in your screen shots folder in steam
For Windows, screen shots can be taken by pressing either Print Screen, alt & print screen, or fn & print screen and pasting it into a paint program on your computer, save the picture to the file of your choice. For Mac, use "Command" plus "Shift" plus "4" then press space. When you have selected the area you want to capture, use the mouse button. This usually saves by default to your desktop. Some of you seem to prefer to use Fraps (www.fraps.com) with which you can select still shots from videos made.
What stats to level up first?
It's down to player preference really, if you want a horse that's speedier quicker, then concentrate on speed, acceleration and stamina (to keep the fast gallop going longer). If you want a horse that jumps better, then strength and timing. If you want to get tighter turns into fences then obedience. Some prefer a more even match of all three
Problems clearing jumps
Try judging the stride by eye rather than rely on the circle. If you are hitting the front bar you are taking off too late, if you are hitting the back bar you are taking off too early. Using Course Editor is a great way to set up jumps you have issues with to practise
How do I gain levels?

When you reach a certain amount, it will put you up a level. You can also use the Book from the shop to double all XP earned, this will last for 24 hours from when first used and will enable you to level up quicker
